Marion Gilbert, R.P.T.
Marion has been practicing Physical Therapy for more than 33 years. She received her degree from Arnhemse Opleiding voor Fysiotherapy in her home country of Holland in 1978. She is the owner of Spring Hill Physical Therapy and Stillpoint Studios. Her primary focus is on manual therapy techniques. She has specific training in acupressure, craniosacral therapy, myofascial release, and trauma resolution therapy. Marion is also a certified Enneagram teacher within the Palmer/Daniels Narrative Tradition since 2005 and has developed the "Embodied Enneagram" program. She is currently teaching nationally with Helen Palmer and Terry Saracino.

Kimberly Blue Falvey, P.T.
Kim graduated with a degree in Physical Therapy from the University of Michigan in 1988. She has worked in outpatient neurology, orthopedics and industrial rehabilitation. She joined the staff of Spring Hill Physical Therapy in 1998. She has interests in manual therapy techniques, spine treatment, exercise and fitness, ergonomics and work site evaluation, and lower extremity biomechanics.
She has taken a variety of continuing education classes including, myofascial release, craniosacral therapy. Kim is currently working toward her rehabilitation certification in the Pilates Method with polestar. She enjoys physical therapy and finds joy in working with her patients. When not at work, she enjoys cycling, snowboarding, skiing and water sports with her family.
Keri Dalhstrom, P.T.
Keri Dahlstrom is new to Spring Hill Physical Therapy. Her emphasis is in neurological rehabilitation. She has worked in an acute rehabilitation setting for 4 years and in a multidisciplinary outpatient therapy setting for 2 years. Keri started a community based class to target balance for the elderly. This class ran 4 days a week and focused on balance and fall reduction. Keri is NDT certified and has recently undergone training in vestibular rehabilitation and craniosacral therapy.
Katie Farlee, P.T.
Katie Farlee, P.T., the newest addition to our practice, graduated from Chico State University with a BS in Exercise Physiology. She then went on to attend Pacific University in Hillsboro, Oregon, where she received her doctorate in Physical Therapy. Katie grew up in Nevada City, CA and when not working, she enjoys hiking, camping, playing soccer and playing with her golden retriever/black lab mix, Roxy.
Martha Kirishian, P.T.
Martha has a B.A. in Biology and a B.S. in Physical Therapy from C.S.U. Fresno in 1976. She has been practicing Physical Therapy for over 30 years. Her continuing education includes joint mobilization, soft tissue mobilization, balance disorders, PNF, Traegger, Reiki, Kathy Kain courses (cranial, trauma, visceral, etc), muscle energy techniques, TMJ, craniosacral therapy, and movement education based on the work of Moshe Feldenkrais. Martha has worked in rehab, hospital and outpatient-orthopedic settings. She also owned her own Physical Therapy practice from 1980 to 1999 in Visalia, California.
In addition, she has also served as a clinical Preceptor for Physical Therapy students and interns from CSUF and Mt. St. Mary’s, and most recently from Azusa Pacific University. Martha’s primary focuses in her current work are craniosacral therapy, soft tissue mobilization, and trunk stabilization—including posture, mechanics and some trauma resourcing.
Kelley Lear, P.T.A.
Kelley earned her P.T.A. license in 1988 after attending the DeAnza College P.T.A. program. She has worked in: head injury, sports medicine, worker’s compensation, skilled nursing, and orthopedics. She particularly likes to work on core stabilization with “back” patients and has taught ‘Back School’.
Due to this focus, in 2009 she attended the Body Arts and Science (BASI) Pilates comprehensive instructor course and completed her final testout in 2011. She has completed continuing education in myfacial release, proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation, cranial sacral therapy, core stabilization, universal weight lifting, and joint mobilization. Kelley is active in the Search and Rescue community where she has been certified as a rescue ropes technician and mission ready K-9 handler since 2000.
Lori graduated with a degree in Physical Therapy for CSU Fresno in 1998. She has 10+ years in geriatric rehabilitation with emphasis in neurology. She has 10+ years experience with pediatric neurology and sensory integration. She has recieved training in Cranial Sacral Therapy and Neuro Developmental Therapy certified.
Lori Detinger, P.T.
Jeanne Smith, P.T.
Jeanne Smith comes to SHPT after 15 years with Sierra Nevada Memorial Hospital treating a wide range of neurological and musculo-skeletal conditions in acute and out-patient settings. She is a graduate of Northern Arizona University with a Master's degree in Physical Therapy and a Bachelor's degree from UC Davis in Applied Behavioral Science. She has completed a long term course in manual therapy and a variety of other continuing education courses through the years.
Lisa Hardin, M.P.T., JSCC
Lisa graduated from Chapman University/Children's Hosital of Los Angeles in 1992 with her Masters in Physical Therapy. Lisa is a highly skilled physical therapist accomplished in outpatient orthopedic manual therapy. She possesses a unique knowledge base spanning from staff therapist to owning her own clinic. Her broad background includes working in a variety of therapy settings. Lisa in certified in the osteopathic technique Strain Counterstrain and has been a lab assistant for the Jones Institute. She has taken long term courses in sports medicine and Australian manual orthopedic tequniques. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her family, quilting, hiking, biking, volleyball, and working in her orchard.
Ingo Zirpins, M.S.P.T.
Ingo has had a life-long passion and fascination with the human body. He studied and practiced therapeutic bodywork for nearly a decade, before continuing his education to receive a master’s degree in physical therapy at UCSF San Francisco in 2003. Since, he has worked in a variety of settings, including acute inpatient, orthopedic outpatient, and skilled nursing, while specializing in orthopedic manual therapy, craniosacral therapy, and geriatric care. Ingo also directed the rehabilitation departments of two local skilled nursing homes for two years, he truly enjoys serving the needs and improving the quality of life of our elders.
